Additional Information

All students entering 7th grade are required by the State of Texas to have the Tdap booster and Meningococcal vaccine, or submit a valid exemption form.

If your child has not yet received these vaccines but will do so over the summer, please email the updated shot record to the same address once completed.

Please note: These immunizations or approved exemptions are required for enrollment. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in your student being withdrawn from the school.

School-Issued Device Return

If your student has been issued a school device, it must be returned at the end of the current school year.

Wellspring will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions to make this process simple and convenient. Please ensure the device is shipped back promptly using the provided label.

Devices that are not returned may be subject to a replacement fee. In addition, student records may be held until all school-issued property is returned or the associated fees are resolved, in accordance with school policy.
