Student-Driven Learning

High school students at Eagle Online Learning Academy develop greater autonomy while receiving the guidance they need to stay on track. Learning Coaches transition to an oversight role, while students take primary responsibility for managing their academic schedules and assignments—building essential skills for college and career success.

Students at Eagle Online Learning Academy must meet Texas state graduation requirements, which include:

• English Language Arts: 4 credits
• Mathematics: 4 credits
• Science: 4 credits
• Social Studies: 4 credits
• Foreign Language: 2 credits
• Physical Education: 1 credit
• Fine Arts: 1 credit
• Electives: 6 credits

Yes! As a fully accredited public school campus of Junction ISD, our diplomas meet all Texas requirements and are recognized by colleges, universities, military branches, and employers.

Can my student participate in sports or other activities?

Yes! While we offer virtual clubs and activities, many of our students also participate in community sports leagues, volunteer organizations, and other extracurricular activities in their local areas. Our flexible scheduling makes this possible.

Will my student receive a device?

Yes, eligible students receive school-issued technology based on need. All necessary digital learning materials are provided to ensure every student has the tools for success.
