How to Enroll

- Complete and Finalize Enrollment – Provide required documents and determine eligibility

- Attend Live Orientation – Join your Ed Concierge in a live student and family orientation session where you begin your online journey and we help ensure you are set up for success from day one

Enrollment Requirements
To enroll, students must:
- Be in grades K-12
- Live in the state of Texas
- Provide proof of age (birth certificate or passport)
- Provide proof of residency
- Provide a copy of immunization records or exemption forms
- Submit previous academic records (most recent report card, withdrawal form, and attendance records)
Enrollment Criteria:
- Must be in good attendance standing from previous school
- Must not currently be or ever have been placed in DAEP
- Must have taken and passed at least one STAAR/EOC test from the 2024-25 school year

Who can enroll in Eagle Online Learning Academy?
Any K-12 student residing in Texas can enroll in Eagle Online Learning Academy. All enrolled students are considered transfer students of Junction ISD. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs who are seeking a flexible, high-quality online education experience.
Is there tuition for Eagle Online Learning Academy?
No. Eagle Online Learning Academy is a tuition-free public online school operated as a campus of Junction ISD. As with any public school in Texas, there is no cost for enrollment or attendance.
What documents are required for enrollment?
To complete the enrollment process, you'll need to provide:
- Proof of residency in Texas (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- Birth certificate or passport
- Parent Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- Immunization records or exemption forms
- Previous academic records: A report card, withdrawal form, and attendance records will be required
- Any additional documentation related to special services if your student has an IEP or 504 plan

The enrollment process typically takes 1-2 weeks from application submission to course access. However, this timeline can vary based on how quickly required documentation is submitted and whether additional consultations are needed for specialized learning plans.
What technology will my child need for online learning?
Students at Eagle Online Learning Academy need:
- A computer (desktop or laptop) with webcam and microphone
- Eligible students will receive a school-issued device
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Updated web browser (Chrome or Firefox is recommended)
- Headphones with microphone (recommended for live classes)
Does Eagle Online Learning Academy serve students with special needs?
Yes. As a public school, we are committed to serving all students, including those with special needs.
